Paul has a great ability to troubleshoot problems as well as handle customers with kit gloves. If you are considerating Paul for a position in your company consider yourself fortunate to find someone who is so consciencious and proffesional as Paul is.He also has a great knack for troubleshooting technical situations and does more than just fix the problem but he fixes the customer.
