I began my career at First National Bank of Glendale, WI which later was acquired by First Wisconsin National Bank. I received the ever sought after Pinnacle Award for over 13 Quarters. I also received this honor annually for two years consecutively. An accomplishment that I, along with my outstanding staff, is very proud of to this day. Also received numerous awards for production and customer satisfaction. I began my career at First National Bank of Glendale, WI which later was acquired by First Wisconsin National Bank. Troubled times, troubled banks. During the three years at Regency, we worked through a series of problems that besieged banks all over the country. We were on the Comptrollers list of troubled banks and needed to shore up our balance sheet. We accomplished the task at hand and began to grow the bank. During this time, our prime lending rate went from 6% to 22-1/2%. Need I say more about our asset quality during this time. A very trying time for all involved and one that taught reams of information which aided my career from that moment on. It molded me into a better person and a better banker as well. Show less
