The reason I am here today is to share my story with you because I hope you can relate to at least a part of it.In 2008 I started a family business completely by accident making chilli sauces from our garden shed. This business became a brand and grew rapidly - so much so we were on BBC 1 prime time TV and supplying Tesco, Sainsbury’s Ocado, Selfridges and more.My brand has a huge social media following, millions of viral video views, customers, great products, valued at over £1.5m+ and in 2018 I realised I hated it.The business had consumed my life, affected my relationships, sucked up my savings, I felt like I was underpaid and overworked, and most importantly, I was utterly miserable.A close friend had recommended Action Coach and I thought why not. If I want a new life, I have to try new experiences.After a taster session and within the first hour I realised why I was where I was - IT WAS ME! I WAS THE PROBLEM.During this first session, I also realised I had not been on a holiday which lasted for 7 days, for almost 7 years. Parag (my coach) made me realise this was unhealthy and NOT NORMAL - Entrepreneurs should not be suffering, we should enjoy what we do!The next day, I booked 7 days in southern Greece for my wife and me to ensure I made the change right away!As soon as this first session was over (AS IN ON THE TRAIN HOME), I set about making changes in my life because I wanted to be happy and realised I deserved more. Fast forward to today and have been on the coaching program, my business is transformed. It pretty much runs itself with a passionate team, the brand is growing in value because we now have systems in place and more recently, my wife gave birth to our quite amazing twin girls.I felt what was taught on the course was so important and powerful, I decided to become a coach myself because I want to help as many people as I can, to take back control and ownership of their lives to be happy.
