I specialized in maintaining and growing existing customer base and converting existing customers to the KAN BAN system, this allowed me to grow my customer spend, producing 16% sales growth in 2014 and 33% sales growth in 2015. I also volunteered to train new staff on sales management reports, and in house computer systems. I provided product training to the sales team during sales meetings.
