      At Abtran I was responsible for processing driving licences for the National Driver Licence Service. My roles included using the NDLS' CRM system, reviewing and confirming customer documents, communicating with them via email, ensuring all data was precise and accurate, working strictly according to GDPR, and continuously meeting targets.
