Also responsible for maintaining up to date lists for missing down payments and making sure we collected in a timely manner. Main objective was to also strip each contract for every deal, filling out documents, ensuring each Lienholder's stipulations for funding were retrieved, putting all contracts together to the specific liking and proper packaging, responsible for all contracts being signed, and all contracts being packaged and sent to multiple lenders each day. This position required extensive attention to detail, time management, focus and speed. At the beginning of my employment at Future Ford of Roseville, I started as Operator for the dealership. Answering the phone for the store as well as Future Nissan of Roseville and direction each and every caller to each department as needed. I acquired knowledge of using a multiline phone system, receiving calls at a very high volume. My hard work ethic, eager to learn personality, and helpful attitude gave me the opportunity to move from Reception to more responsibility into processing and packing sales contracts.
