I work as a long-term intern in the R&D department within the scope of Kibar Holding's K-Team program. I am involved in designing aircraft seat parts using CATIA. These designs often include "designs for durability" and"designs for manufacturability". I also calculate the weights of the parts by creating a BOOM List and assigning materials. • Plan and coordinate New Generation Economic Class Miligram Seat project, including project scope, requirements gathering, workflow prioritization, budget administration, resource allocation, and testing activities. • Check 3D data from subcontractors. • Role as Engineering Integrator for Functional Engineering Team. • Create and kick off TDVS (TSI Design Verification System) with Test Integration Team. •Create 3D models of individual components and assemblies in CATIA v5. Create and or check 2D drawings of parts, components, sub-assemblies and assemblies as required in CATIA v5 •Support of customer and new product projects •Participant as a intern of the design and R&D team during development seat tests (Tests in the Company) •Admin of ERP system in the department. (Axapta – DynamicX) •Creating parts breakdown (Bill of Material – BOM) and technical documentation. •Prepare the Test and Validation Programs and support the activities related with T&V. •Research and verify the design criteria and needs per customer as well as based upon regulatory and integrator or OEM requirements.
