  After about a year, I received a promotion and got tranferred to a different RSIG location.Since becoming supervisor, I've trained new hires and helped change the building sign in process.I've improved staff communication and act as a liasion when dealing with vendors/inquiring minds.

  I was primarily hired by RSIG for the overnight shift to for my attention to detail and advanced communication. By my shift's end, I made sure the maintenance crew had a precise, detailed description of anything defective within the building. I also passed that info on to the supervisor on top of the nightly reports I submitted.
