It is a honor to write this recommendation for Eileen Abbatoy! I contacted Eileen Abbatoy for career advice more than 10 years ago and to this very day she remains my "Go to" person for career advice. Professional, Seasoned, Engaging, Spot on, are just a few words, that come to mind when I think about Eileen Abbatoy. Right from the gate she assisted me with focusing on my next career move and offered career advice that put me back on track at a time when I needed career guidance some 10 years ago. She is very responsive, smart , caring, and inspiring! I would recommend her without a second thought. She and I continue to stay in touch. She is a rare find. I consider her

I first met Eileen as a Freshman in college at Canisius - I was eager to get professional experience and explore my different interests - and Eileen jumped right in to guide me. She edited my resume every semester, helped me to refine my goals, talked me through my fears, and provided invaluable mentorship throughout my 4 years in undergrad. She even helped me pick out the first suit I ever bought. I still visit the (now) Griff Center every couple of years to update my resume and chat with her about life and career plans. Eileen is certainly capable and talented, but it's her heart and passion that truly shines through and makes her such an amazing Higher Ed professional.
