Maintain data centre, sever room and communication hubs used to host Alfred Health hardware and services, manages technical responses during disaster recover events. Allocate resources sufficiently to manage calls and escalate any major issues to the ITS management. - Assist the Project manager Office in providing estimates for telecommunication related activities , develop resource plans and offer specialist advice. Work on projects and support the relevant teams.

BAE Systems supports Exxon Mobil by providing communication systems to the Longford Gas Plant and 14 offshore oil platforms in Bass Strait. - Responsible for the planning, implementation and management of all communications projects from conception to completion, this consisted of over 112 simultaneous projects with budgets ranging from $5,000 to $0.5 million each. These project encompassed VHF, UHF broadband and hand held radio networks, telemetry systems, CCTV, VOIP and LAN Networks. - Oversaw the managed services for the support of the ICT services, including 24 hours call out service, as an authorised provider and bench top repair of Motorola and Icom radios, preventive maintenance schedules, and the management of FIFO maintenance teams for the offshore oil platforms -Reported to the District Manager of BAE Systems and Contract Manager of Exxon Mobil. Ensured strict adherence to Esso’s health and safety policies, managed work place safety, conducted mandatory training and instigated audits and safety drills. Provided guidance and monthly reports on SH&E. - Reporting to the regional manager, provided monthly budget reports valuation of planned projects and schedules. Attended customer briefings with senior management and provided guidance and feedback on the project performance. -Required to assist the BAE HR team for the negotiations and drafting of new Enterprise Bargaining Agreement for regional Victoria.
