Anna is exceptional educator. I've worked with her on multiple projects involving research, writing, strategic planning and interventions, technical assistance, group facilitation, and presentations in person and via webinars. She has the rare talent to balance big picture and detail perspectives. She delivers high quality results whatever the task. Always operating with integrity and professionalism, I rely on her as a thought partner. She listens carefully, with authentic interest, demonstrating her willingness to learn while also conveying a self-assured leadership. I welcome the opportunity to work with her whenever the opportunity arises.

I worked with Anna when she held the role of Freshman Academy Coordinator. Anna was able to motivate the freshmen teachers to work together as a team to provide excellent instruction and support to over 600 students. Our freshmen on track rate improved significantly while she held this position. She set high expectations for both adults and students, and the outcome was a cohesive freshmen program that increased student success. Anna was an excellent leader who was dependable, organized and a true professional. I hope to work with her again in the future.
