Lucas has shown and demonstrated an impressive social and technical maturity, working and leading a team of 10 developers and DevOps, on building from the ground up a well-architecture blockchain infrastructure service, and leveraging new technologies from Kubernetes, Helm Charts, Terraform, APIs, Terraform Vault. Lucas is passionate about his work and the work of others, he was remarkable in his critical thinking and by convincing and bringing up to speed the rest of the team to his ideas, on which we are still and will still be building upon in the long term. Lucas demonstrated an extremely valuable ability to understand and coordinate at the same time the technical challenges, the need of customers and the commercial implications of his work in our company.
