• At J&T Farms I started by seeding out over thousands of vegetable and herb plants. I seeded out both transplants for market and for the farm’s fields • Harvested produce five days a week. • Worked weekends at farmers markets in both the Ann Arbor Farmers Market and the Howell Farmers Market. I provided customer service and was able to answer all questions as I had seen the produce from seed to transaction. • This job required me to work early mornings and long days outside during the summer and sometimes even in the rain, if the task at hand needed to be completed that day. • J&T Todosciuk Farms sell wholesale produce to the University of Michigan resident dining halls, University of Michigan Hospital, C.S. Mott's Children's Hospital, and to the Fenton School District. I helped wash and prepare deliveries, and also participated in a farmer’s market on the University of Michigan’s North Campus.
