      The aim of thesis work is "Design of an Oscillator based ADC in 28nm CMOS using current feedback linearization technique". The designed oscillator based ADC uses current feedback linearization to improve linearity of ADC. System level modeling of each ADC block was done using Verilog-A to proof the working functionality of the feedback regulation loop and find required design parameters. The VCO model was embedded inside the regulation loop and was simulated to estimate the bandwidth and gain requirements of amplifier for achieving maximum linearity. Different amplifier topologies were investigated to meet the required bandwidth and gain. The amplifier with VCO achieves a THD of -60dB.
