Fascinated with dimension, scale, digital media, and ephemera, Talia’s work manifests in the form of sculpture, installation, stories, wearables, photography, animation, and mixed media assemblage. With an MA in Arts Management and a career in fundraising for nonprofits, Talia has dedicated her artistic practice to navigating life as an empath and supporting her mental health. Her creations are derived from the beauty, magic, and horror of history and modern life— amplifying causes and indulging in whimsy. Talia has received corporate and public art commissions such as Art Interruptions 2016, which was funded by Seattle Department of Transportation in partnership with the Seattle Office of Arts and Culture. As a teaching artist, Talia shares her passion for miniature sculpture with youth and adults alike.
