In my time working with Prasun I came to value him not only as a colleague but also as a friend. I found Prasun to be dependable, organized and always ready for a challenge. One of the greatest traits of a manager is the ability to not only do what is in the best interest of the project but also the employees and Prasun has mastered this balance. He knows when change is needed and is always ready to do what needs to be done. I would gladly jump at the opportunity to work with Prasun again.

Not the least as also a better Manager, leader, he is there where you want him, full of energy, very focused on his agenda, will go beyond to get things in order to close eyes on his vision and goals... I definitely and dead sure would like to work with him again and again. I wish him all the best in whatever he does or wherever he goes but he would rarely need it as he has it all.
