  South Jersey, North Jersey, and New York In 1988, if you wanted to become a Domino's Pizza® franchisee, you had to first work as a unit manager for 12 months. Frank started as an assistant manager in South Jersey, was later promoted to unit manager, and then to area-supervisor. He supervised many of Domino's Pizza® locations in North Jersey and New York and ran an extremely successful franchise training program.
