      I am lucky to run events focusing on employee health, safety and well-being. I’ve created award shows recognizing organizations that prioritize workplace well-being, conferences highlighting commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and webinars focusing on the ethics of mandating workplace vaccinations. I’ve organized shin rin yokus (forest bathing), virtual coffee breaks, employee recognition parties, mental health trainings, salsa making competitions, and virtual cooking classes. The pandemic has forever blurred the lines between work, home, and family time. It’s also illustrated to the world a need to change traditional models of work, including the flexibility to operate both in-person and online. I’m excited to be an expert at shaping workplace climate into one of support that values employees, their families (including pets), health, and fun.
