Bio
Bernie Berrigan
I have known Saeid Moshen since 2017 and followed his leadership journey. As GM for NSK in Canada, Saeid cultivated a high performing team. In a fiercely competitive market he developed a strategy that enabled the Canadian Sales Team to improve their market leadership as well as scalable, and sustainable revenue and margin growth. Saeid was successful because he always brought out the best in people and could unite the team behind a common set of goal. He was always a pleasure to work with.

I reported to Saeid at NSK Canada where he is the General Manager responsible for managing all of the Canadian operations, sales and support functions. Saeid is an excellent leader who uses his natural affinity for data to analyze different scenarios before making a decision. He takes a holistic approach to make key decisions which not only helped the business to overcome some major changes in staffing and lost sales, but under his leadership, the business bounced back with an even stronger team in place. His calm and steady approach, along with his vast knowledge of the bearing industry and wide network helped to identify key areas for growth for the business. His strategic approach to growing these areas helped the business weather various economic fluctuations and stay ahead of the competition. As a manager, he is supportive of his team and a respected voice at the corporate head office. He welcomes input and feedback from his team. He also has a strong desire to learn and grow which has added to his success. He participated in a number of leadership development programs at the company including an intense global management program where he was one of few people selected from hundreds of other candidates. It is no surprise that all of this has contributed to his success and led to frequent promotions and more responsibility – from applications engineer to territory sales manager to regional sales manager and then general manager. I wish Saeid the very best as he continues to succeed in his career.
