I have had the pleasure of working with Louise over the last 9 months on a medium scale transformation project for the NHS. Louise provided excellent leadership and project control; bringing together stakeholders from all disciplines, multiple sites and at all levels to drive the project through with clear communication and deadlines. Louise provided the stability needed for success, adapting well to material shortages, differing priorities and ever shifting sands of absences and changing personnel. I'd highly recommend Louise to anyone looking for a transformation and change project lead.

Louise and I worked together as I co-ordinated a one of her technical (Digital) workstreams during a significant and complex Digital Portering System project. Louise made the requirement for a very complex project, with significant workforce changes, very simple to follow, obtained good buy-in and her documentation was incredibly easy for us to follow. Most impressive was her availability throughout the project and escalating of issues received immediate attention and guidance to the team for resolution. I always felt supported and Louise has a great sense of humour which helped enormously in complex and stressful healthcare environment. Ultimately the project was a huge success despite Covid and the complex clinical and workforce pressures. I would love to have the opportunity to work with or for Louise in the future; she’d be a welcome addition to our team.
