What a fantastic Product Leader and UX Designer! Steph was my manager and Head of Product at Mirza up until recently. She is as excellent team leader who demonstrates an efficient and effective approach with a strong desire to see validated, great digital products come to life. Whether it’s designing early stage products, building out features or road-mapping for future builds, Steph always demonstrates high levels of integrity, empathy and engagement with the teams around her as well as user testers. Both a mentor and educator, Steph really is a fabulous leader from whom I’ve learnt so much over a short period of time.

Steph helped us redesign and modernize our online shop and was a pleasure to work with through the duration of the project. She is a very creative and passionate person who is able to understand and include emotions and brand messages well into her designs. Steph takes great pleasure in analyzing a problem thoroughly and strikes a great balance between making a feature look great, and backing it with user-centred thinking. She is a very quick worker, clear in her communication and highly flexible in solving customer needs.

inCase is an innovative mobile app for law firms. It allows clients to receive updates on their case, view progress, send photos, and sign documents. I cultivated a user-centred approach to the design of apps for firms including JMW, RMNJ and Allchurch. Working closely alongside the development team, I developed and maintained re-usable design wireframes for client demos. inCase is an innovative mobile app for law firms.
