Currently overlooking a team, we work together to ensure that our internal processes and transactions are always following compliance requirements whilst still serving the clients' needs and projects are completed in a timely manner. In my role, I communicate with clients to provide them with an excellent level of service and support. Working with Senior Vice Presidents - Wealth Advisory & Protection in the firm, we work closely to ensure best advice is always given and remaining within the compliance framework to attain client needs and financial goals. Other areas of this role include paraplanning which involve reviewing the clients' financial needs, their portfolios & returns, reviewing their positions, and working with different departments to prepare financial plans & recommendations. A good understanding of financial products is required in this area of the role to ensure the right solutions are provided to clients. In this role, I have now attained several additional qualifications with the Singapore College of Insurance which include: M5, M8, M8A, M9, M9A and HI. Show more Show less
