Highlights include a complete organizational restructuring to be member-oriented and action-focused, 1000% increases in membership and chapter chartering, and the establishment of constituency caucuses to rectify demographic shortcomings. Culminated in 200+ attendance at the 2015 State Convention and 500+ volunteers under the age of 30 working to GOTV on Election Day 2014.
