Kim is a great leader who is willing to make changes and improves things for the better of the client and the company. She facilitated a transformation of the Implementation process which greatly enhanced how clients were implemented at different tiers of service by focusing personalized service on top tier clients but creating a one to many solution for all clients no matter what their size. She grew her team into a successful team whose impact was easily measured by the fact that clients who were implemented by her team renewed at over 80%. I worked closely with Kim to create the Implementation Process in Salesforce. She was easy to work with and clear on her expectations and vision of how the CRM would be used to make implementation more efficient. Kim is a great asset to any company who is fortunate enough to have her on their team.
