Redesigned and built the entire software architecture for edge devices that monitor and control a factory’s water treatment system. I built the system such that it can interface with various industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, TwinCAT, Ethernet/IP. Implemented customisable control loops/ predictive models for chemical pumps: PID, ESC, Bayesian Linear Regression. Full stack developer for UI control of various edge device functionalities through a website portal using React framework and REST APIs.

Analysed accelerometer data from previous vehicles to identify areas of improvement such as handling behaviour (cornering, braking, accelerating) and driver behaviour. Designed and implemented ride height sensors for both combustion and electrical vehicles. Data was then analysed and passed on to other subsystems such as suspension which is used to set the rake. Investigated the effect of the ship movement and wind speed on the creation of air wakes as this can severely affect the takeoff and landing of aircraft. Tracked ship movement with a Vicon camera and a set of reflective markers attached around the edges of the ship. Cobra camera was utilised to measure wind velocity. Fast fourier transforms was used to analyse the components that contributed to wind speed.
