Director Project Management

Director responsible for the planning and procurement of Vicinity Centres $500m Roselands Redevelopment. A complex redevelopment of the existing 50 year old centre in South West Sydney adding approx- 33,000 m2 of GLA to the existing 67,000 m2 centre resulting in a complete refresh of the existing centre, 700 new car spaces, a relocated DDS (Target), new DDS (K-Mart), new supermarkets (Woolworths & Aldi), a new Cinema complex and entertainment leisure precinct. In order to maintain trading conditions for the existing centre, this project required careful staging, planning & key stakeholder management. Paul also successfully converted IGLU's first student accommodation project in Melbourne, a 500+ room student accommodation project adjacent to the Queen Victoria Markets and a short walk from RMIT and the University of Melbourne. Due for completion in early 2018. Author of several Expert Witness reports in the NSW & VIC Supreme Court jurisdictions on various Property & Construction related disputes.

Co Founder & Director

Co-Founder & Director of Codicote Pty Ltd responsible for the Client Project Management of the $1.5bn Redevelopment of the Myer Bourke St & Emporium Shopping Centre Redevelopment in the Melbourne CBD for Colonial First State Global Asset Management & GIC Real Estate. Both the Myer Bourke St & the Emporium Projects have been complex and technically challenging construction projects requiring meticulous attention to detail. Also responsible for delivery of the Marina Quays residential and mixed use development at Wyndham Harbour VIC. The building consisted of 104 Apartments with a range of 1,2 & 3 bedrooms, 1000m2 of retail tenancies and on grade parking. Paul also acted as the Investors Representative in a due diligence role throughout the $100m Footscray Central Activities District Commercial Redevelopment.
