A complex redevelopment of the existing 50 year old centre in South West Sydney adding approx- 33,000 m2 of GLA to the existing 67,000 m2 centre resulting in a complete refresh of the existing centre, 700 new car spaces, a relocated DDS (Target), new DDS (K-Mart), new supermarkets (Woolworths & Aldi), a new Cinema complex and entertainment leisure precinct. In order to maintain trading conditions for the existing centre, this project required careful staging, planning & key stakeholder management. Paul also successfully converted IGLU's first student accommodation project in Melbourne, a 500+ room student accommodation project adjacent to the Queen Victoria Markets and a short walk from RMIT and the University of Melbourne. Due for completion in early 2018. Author of several Expert Witness reports in the NSW & VIC Supreme Court jurisdictions on various Property & Construction related disputes.
