Work on any part of a large, complex and old (15 years+) software system that consists of Delphi, SQL and C# - since the system has been with some of the clients for 15 years+, maintenance was crucial. I was part of more than one critical software enhancements, to ensure our legacy systems stayed up to date and relevant to our longstanding clients - importantly keeping it as stable as possible. The company later embraced the Agile way of working, and I have more than a year's experience in working in either a SCRUM team for product development, or KANBAN for maintenance. I was part of the Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) Community of Practice (CoP) in my company - introduced ATDD into the company by making use of Specification by Example (SbE) and the Robot Framework. I was part of the Continuous Integration (CI) CoP - introduced CI into the company, mainly by means of Jenkins. I was part of the Architecture CoP which is responsible for determining the Best Practices and Standards for the development teams, as well as deciding the architecture of the software and ensuring development teams are guided accordingly. We also introduced Test Driven Development (TDD) to the development teams.
