II have worked for Duane since 2000. I have always found him to be very professional. He is very respected by those who work for him and with him. Duane genuinely cares about those around him. He expects the best and always gives the best to those who work with him. He is always my first choice of people to work for.

It is a real pleasure to work with Duane. He is a consummate professional that expects excellence from trainers, but backs that up with total support. He makes sure everything is in place, so the trainer can focus on delivery. That combination, is not only good for trainers, like myself, but also ensures the client will get the best result. I never go into an assignment blind or surprised by something I should have known. Duane does his due diligence, when it comes to pre-training setup and communication. Often, I have been able to customize my presentation to better meet the client’s needs because Duane has taken the time to know his clients well.

Led a National Technical Education Training Division for Ingram Micro. Active member of the Microsoft Education Advisory Board that developed the Microsoft Education Program from scratch in 1993/1994 to become today’s leading O.E.M. certification program. Developed a proposal and won $500,000 in funding from Microsoft to develop 20 Novell CNI's and Industry Experts into Microsoft Certified Trainers to seed the industry with qualified trainers. Evaluated New Horizons CLC corporate acquisition and advised against the purchase to senior management at Ingram Micro. Wrote an internal expansion plan for our Tech Ed Training division that cost a fraction of what the New Horizons CLC corporate acquisition would have cost to purchase. The plan offered Ingram Micro similar net profit revenues with far less capital outlay and risk. Presented the plan to the Chairman of the Board at Ingram Micro and won funding of approximately $6,000,000 to expand the training division nationwide. As Director, of Technical Education, I was charged with P & L responsibility for a fast growing [2900%] high quality O.E.M. Certified training division focused on delivering SCO, Novell, and Microsoft Certified Training to Ingram Micro VAR's nationwide. Show less
