Mitch has done a wonderful job thus far with his duties in managing the HR aspect of the U of Iowa Campus Tour Guide program. He is able to work with the other tour guides to address issues in a professional manner and provide input on ways to strengthen the program. Mitch has been given opportunities to step into more of a leadership role with some changes that were made to this position and has proven himself to be just that- a great leader.
