Bailey was a key driver in Schulich's implementation of Salesforce for Graduate Recruiting and Admissions, within Student Services. She transitioned out of her full-time role at Schulich and I hired her to work directly for me on contract, managing the implementation of Salesforce. She provided a key link and and much-needed continuity between the in-house staff in Student Services, the internal IT staff, our off-shore Salesforce Consultants, and other third party AppExchange vendors. Her subject matter knowledge (based on her years of experience in HigherEd Recruiting & Admissions), her attention to detail around the user requirements, user training, and testing, and her ability to bridge communication among the various stakeholders proved to be invaluable. Under her oversight, we were able to move from a very rigorous testing phase into a live cutover (from the former platform) with minimal disruption and fallout. For someone with no former IT or Salesforce experience, I was very impressed with how quickly she came up the learning curve, and was able to see this very complex project through to successful implementation.
