Delivering technical training to internal and external participants on Ascom systems and technology. This includes delivering Technical Training and consultancy across Enterprise grade Mobility solutions such as Multi-Cell DECT Voice Networks, WiFi Voice hardware (feature phone and smart devices) and messaging platforms with staff protection built in as well as smart location technology including IR, BLE, and Geo Location. Moving through the portfolio, I also train and support the use of Unite Platform Server which is a smart device integration and messaging platform that can be linked to Nurse Call, BMS systems, Fire Panels, etc. as required to enable messaging to be delivered to the right person, at the right time. Ascom also supply two different Nurse Call solutions - teleCARE for Long Term Care environments and Telligence for Acute environments as well as a Clinical Decision Support Software Package which enables the concept of Silent ICU and supports caregivers to save time and improve outcomes. All of these can involve many different combinations of hardware and software packages to deliver meaningful solutions to customers and end users. Basically I teach people to build a Private WhatsApp style messaging platform for Hospitals, Hotels, Factories, Prisons, or any other space that requires this type of communication complete with staff protection and location technology with the option, in the case of medical spaces, to provide in-depth device-agnostic monitoring of patients remotely in near-real-time.
