Alex Tichenor
Steve worked in the implementation department at Celergo from 2014 to 2016. Initially, Steve was brought on to lead the implementation of global payrolls, however within a few months we asked Steve to switch gears and focus on improving our integration capabilities with our HCM partners. Steve built the foundation of our integration program with multiple HCM partners with strong project management and interpersonal skills. His technical aptitude and ability to learn things quickly allowed us to build processes across multiple departments that scaled well and are still being leveraged today.
