I have had the privilege of working with Ms. Eastman on a number of projects that focused on addressing the needs of the community. We worked together on the board of the Student Dietetics Association where she served as the president as well as writing a grant in order to address food insecurity within the HIV community of portage and summit county. Her leadership always motivated individuals and her management skills kept things running efficiently and effectively. While working together I was able to further develop my people skills through observing her example and by having her push me from my comfort zone in order to accomplish more than expected. I am grateful and a better person for my experiences with Jenna.
