Joana worked with me in 2014 in Marketing for Olá Ice cream. She was young and already showed a great mind to think ahead, not afraid to take risks and resilient in getting things done. She asked mostly the right questions in which i believe she learned many great capabilities. I will always remember her kindness of teaching me more about digital marketing and influencers as in reality that was my first deep deep dive on the subject with solid learnings and open mindset i still revisit today.
