Josh is organized, responsive, and a pleasure to work. Coming from a bad experience with AV dealers in Oklahoma, I was reluctant at first but Josh quickly turned the tide through his friendly and professional approach. I have since moved to a different territory but I still recommend Josh #1 for any integration project in Oklahoma. What still sticks out in my mind is when he would take a call from me on Friday evening-it shows he cares about his customers and treats every opportunity with the proper care.
