Ed has been so easy to manage that he makes my job easy in so many ways. Ed asks the right questions and knows how to partner with his managers. Ed is great with candidates and puts them at ease and sells them on the best opportunity for them. Ed is not about filling roles to fill roles, he's about the right person and the right fit for the right manager. His team mates love him, his business partners love him. Ed is always the comic relief in a good way. Ed can work independantly as well which is so rare to find these days. He doesn't need a lot of hand holding or managing and he has a great knowledge of the technical space. When I first met with Ed's managers they would tell me "he's a bulldog, he can find anybody" that was good enough for me. He's been a pleasure to have around and I hope to work with him for a long time.
