The tiny-house movement is an architectural and social movement that advocates for downsizing living spaces, simplifying, and essentially "living with less." Our construction method utilises SIPs (Structurally Insulated Panels). They minimise waste up to 90% compared to standard building practices, allowing us to use only what is ordered within all of our builds. We research, innovative new materials, and implement them in our builds. For example, we use a 100% recycled sheathing board called Durelis Vapour Block, which takes waste stream wood to create boards for our SIP walls, floors & roofs. In addition to them being recycled, they act as a vapour barrier, further reducing the need for polyethylene-based membranes on the interior. With SIP buildings, they’re designed to be extremely air-tight, and recently we confirmed with an airtightness test that our tiny house cabins almost meet passivehaus standards - the ‘gold standard’ when it comes to sustainable building methods. The overall materials on the inside & out are largely made of wood, such as Nordic Pine, Spruce or Larch, which are sourced from FSC forests. Our team is made up of individuals spanning modular construction, leisure buildings, large-scale solar commercial projects & sustainable design, all culminating in a combined 30+ year experience in the construction industry. We are currently working on a number of projects, from 5 units to 200+ units, delivering our architecturally designed, sustainable tiny house cabins to sites throughout the U.K. We have a wealth of experience working with haulage firms, project managing complex delivery schedules and siting of a range of structures, both large & small on a variety of different sites. Book Author

Nov 2016 - Apr 2020
What was once a hobby of four years has now become my biggest passion. Sharing my thoughts with the world through writing has been a thrilling experience and while challenging at times, I feel the work I have achieved the results that I desired. When writing about a controversial topic, I find that regardless of which side you take, you'll spark conversation about the subject which is precisely what I am wanting to do. Co-Founder

Nov 2018 - Dec 2019
88haha (pronounced ba ba ha ha!), is a brand new startup that recently had its soft launch in Shenzhen at the beginning of this year. Our experienced team of marketers and IT technicians are getting ready for the exciting BIG LAUNCH which will be held at Shenzhen's International Food & Drinks Festival II this April in 1979, Xiang Mei Bei (Futian) where we will showcase our new Wechat mini program and website to both Chinese and Foreigners who live locally. Our main concept is to provide a user-friendly service for useful information about the local restaurants and bars to locals and expats living in Guangdong. We also market overseas to the millions of travelers that visit China every year and want to ensure they are spoilt for choice when it comes to choosing where to eat and drink. Our experience in the F&B industry allows us to provide a high-quality marketing service for both local and foreign-owned restaurants who are looking for media content, video marketing, photo shoots (food and venue) and most importantly data that shows our business owners monthly data about the online activity on their pages. This allows our work to speak for itself so that we can build strong relationships and trust that our services are working for our business owners. As we are new, we are always looking for support and connections with Guangdong Province to help us to grow across each city smoothly and in a timely manner. Show less

Account Manager
-
Nov 2011 - Feb 2013
I was an account manager at Lancome in Middlebrook, Howrich. In this position, I managed 4 employees of which I delegated a variety of tasks including setting targets and encouraging these to be hit annually. When I received the promotion, the account was on a -11 and thanks to the hard work and cooperation of our team, we put the account onto a +2 giving everyone a bonus for Christmas. During the time that I managed the account, I worked hard with the team, ensuring that we all continued together to achieve our targets. Show less
