Iris is a born leader. She was able to handle the biggest project in Accenture Operations and deliver with her team transformations, automations and process improvements in the same time. Lead a team of 5 (ramping up to 20 as needed) Business Excellence and Automation professionals, to deploy cost to serve solutions for one of the biggest and most challenging projects of Accenture in Poland (+ 500 employees) and a diamond client for Accenture Global● Objectives: Cost reduction, business process optimization, variability and defect reduction, rapid change management.● Methodologies: Operational Maturity, Lean Six Sigma, Robotic Process Automation, Change management, Project Management, Trainings, Workshops, Presentations.● Outcomes since April 2016: o Designed an end to end automation platform for the Disputes process: a graphic user interface with an integrated workflow and Robotic Process Automation.o Lead the design of key offshoring exercise of 200 FTEs. Main requirements: identification of offshoring opportunities across 40 de-standardized multi-lingual teams, de-languaging and de-risking conceptualization, process redesign for on-shore teams, establishing cross locations KPIs and communication flow (MOS), development of workflow tools. o 20 FTEs savings generated through Robotic Process Automation in 12 months.o Predictable, measurable, stable operations (SIPOC, Process Maps, RACI, MOS, Workload balancing, Voice of Customer, Quality Framework, Waste Elimination etc).o Won ABSL award for Best RPA Automations in 2017.
