Iris is a born leader. She was able to handle the biggest project in Accenture Operations and deliver with her team transformations, automations and process improvements in the same time. She was always focused on our goals and exactly knew how we should achieve them. Her team building skills enable us to survive even with working long hours (and still like each other which is very helpful in stressful environment). What was the most important for me is that she was always ready to help in case someone needed explanation, proposition of different approach to solve the problem.
