Méticuleuse, créative et particulièrement efficace sont les premiers mots qui me viennent à l’esprit lorsque je pense à Shanice. J’ai eu le plaisir de travailler avec Shanice pendant un peu plus d’un an dans le cadre du programme Activer le changement du réseau de coordination des conseils provinciaux de coopération internationale (RCC). Shanice s’est d’abord jointe à l’équipe pour un mandat temporaire de quelques mois, puis nous avons rapidement décidé de lui offrir un poste au sein de notre équipe en raison de sa compétence, de son professionnalisme et de son apport inestimable à notre programme. Shanice est une femme brillante, très organisée et qui répond aux demandes qu’exigent son poste, et ce, au-delà des attentes. Lors de son passage au sein de mon équipe, Shanice a notamment coordonné avec brio un évènement pancanadien réunissant plus d’une centaine d’enseignants-es, d’organismes de coopération internationale et de jeunes leaders. Elle a également appuyé la collecte et l’analyse de données en vue de la production de nos rapports annuels et mi-années, en plus de développer du matériel promotionnel et des documents de communication de grande qualité (infolettres, manuel de cours, etc.). Tout employeur a de la chance de pouvoir compter sur Shanice au sein de son équipe. Je la recommande vivement!
