• Empathetic, Sincere, Selfless and Effective are just some of the adjectives that come to mind when I think of John Root. I’ve spoken to many coaches in my career, and what really stands out to me among the rest is that John is in it for the right reasons. Making a difference for his clients is clearly his primary motivational driver. He was born to coach. He has the rare ability of blending a competence in executive coaching as well as personal life skills. Personally, John has helped me out of a lot of sticky situations at work. Always available for a quick call, even if not our normal sessions, to help with some much-needed advice. The pressures of being a President in a company of over 30 employees can be very daunting, but John’s technical competence, people skills and business acumen combined with uncompromising integrity and commitment to excellence is a rare combination, and are the very reasons why I use John for not only my own career and personal growth, but for some of my high level employees as well. I can’t recommend John Root enough if you’re looking for an executive or life coach.
