  Managing a group of ~20-25 engineers in charge of solving the most challenging engineering problems of our customers, using cutting edge numerical simulation tools and techniques. I’m responsible and directly involved in the technical supervision of the engineering work, Customer and commercial relations, Human and Material resources, budget and strategic initiatives – and when time allow it – still an active Stress Engineer performing calculations using finite element method (FEA/FEM).More specifically :- In collaboration with business development team, prepare service offers, estimate the labor and cost, meet customers and maintains healthy business relationships;- In collaboration with HR, responsible for hiring, establishing the objectives, managing the performance and salary review;- In collaboration with team leaders, plans work and manages overall team capacity vs. demands and needs;- Leads technical projects, providing engineering guidance, reviewing results and preparing customer presentations;- Responsible for contracts with software suppliers and management of the group's IT needs.- Develop, deploy and manage the annual strategic plan relatively to Numerical Simulation activities (priorities, objectives, main initiatives);- With the support of team managers, ensure the development of skills and the training of employees;- Plan, organize and facilitate team meetings for the purpose of informing, planning, mobilizing, consulting and guiding the team;- Monitoring of key performance indicators, improvement of processes and measurement tools;
