Axesstel are a supplier for CDMA EV-DO Rev B / HSPA+ / LTE / WiFi Gateways and M2M modules (CDMA and GSM). They are a small company circa 40+ people and during my time the business continued to grow and became the No.1 provider for gateways in the 450MHz market with customers in Scandinavia, Eastern Europe, Africa and the Middle East I was directly responsible for project managing and leading the homologation process for devices and modules, with operators who want to use / test Axesstel products on their network once the purchase order has been received, I will then work closely with the Axesstel operations team to ensure that internal and external deadlines are met, with regards to collateral, FW approval. After the delivery I will liaise with aftersales partners to set up aftersales support for Axesstel products. • Report directly into the CEO • Responsible for Pre-Sales, Post Sales, Technical Support and Aftersales • Responsible for product homologation into EMEA operators • Manage virtual teams in San Diego, China and Korea • Experience with Zwave devices and products • Worked with Tier1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 operators on a variety of products Pre Sales • Manage the homologation process for operators in EMEA, key areas Eastern Europe, Scandinavia and Africa on homologating Axesstel products • Communicate Axesstel value proposition to prospective new clients • Responsible for all pre sales support – Presentations, RFx responses, Sample delivery, homologation testing • Provide training, support and product demonstrations to overseas partners and distributors Product Management • Prepare end user documentation as well as internal technical documentation • Write product requirement documents in conjunction with sales and R&D • ODM Device Testing, both from an RF perspective and from an end user perspective, testing USB modems, MiFI / Routers, Fixed Wireless Phones and Smartphones Show less
