Zheng Ni is a powerful, creative and willing individual. As her mentor since she has joined the space, I can say that Zheng Ni pursues everything she has on hand with passion and intention. Her eagerness to grow and learn is something that makes working with her a fun and exciting process. Zheng Ni shows that experience does not equate to success, but it is the willingness to learn instead. Even if she does not have much experience doing leadership coaching with children, she goes the extra mile in learning how to do it so that she can give the best experience and support the children and parents more. Zheng Ni and I were teammates on a number of class projects during our psychology programme at HELP, and I can confidently say, working with her was one of the smoothest experiences I’ve had so far. She not only is an active participant in the group discussion, bringing in new ideas and critically evaluating them, but also an efficient executer. Her conscientiousness and discretion make her a key member in the team, and create a safe space to work in for her capability to deliver quality work within the given deadline. Her positive energy is also a great encouragement to the members during the meetings and while executing the plan; something she keeps alive even under pressing situations and challenges.
