Nebiyu and I worked together since CBE launch project at CBE to implement a new card banking system of the bank.Nebiyu had a good understanding of all aspects of Banking, from the Retail business, Treasury, Lending and Finance, to the technical aspects of the computer hardware needed for the database and interfaces with 3rd Party products. It was a pleasure to work with Nebiyu. He was respected by everyone involved in the project; was hard-working, spending many long days in the office, 7 days a week; was able to discuss problems directly, so that solutions could be developed. since then we work alot of thing together, ATM and POS deployement, MasterCard Project, PCI DSS project and currently he is our manager in Electronic banking departement. I would not hesitate to recommend him for Management or Consultancy roles in the banking industry
