New Products Development Director and Special Projects - Am the go-to person senior management engages with for developing new products or executing special projects. These included a phased approach to customer profitability, high-value customer loyalty programs, deep data analysis of core data for customer “white-spacing”, as well as rapid partnering with multiple providers to handle PPP loans. Results: - Merchant Services went from being unprofitable with high rates of attrition to generating hundreds of thousands of fee income with a growing set of customers. - Online Account Opening being launched to bring new customer demographics to the bank and significantly increase deposits. - Rescued a failed Salesforce installation and championed it into the customer intelligence backbone with new functionality being added continually. - Formalized and streamlined marketing functions and processes. Critical for ensuring the effectiveness and coverage of a small team in a very competitive market.
