Member of ATLAS TDAQ and Monitoring group at CERN Designing GUI for monitoring the the flow of the data coming from the Atlas experiment. The PentaBytes of data from the detector needs to be processed through a huge number of applications nodes distributed in chains throughout the cern Grid. To be sure no important data is lost it was required that the buffers of the chain were under the limits for a correct and efficient processing was done. This project's goal was to become an automatic event detector, using wireless capsule endoscopic video, and aid the physicians on the clinical diagnosis. Algorithms design for automatic polyp detection. Creation of a Gold Standard database of well annotated video from the wireless capsule to be used on and by the community.
