Gerrard is a true motivator, always looking for the silver lining in every challenging situation. As a manager, he always encouraged me to do great in anything I did. He's never been afraid to take the spotlight, and his ability to lead is demonstrated in his recent promotion to Deputy Director of our program. He is one of the most dependable people I have ever had the pleasure to work for. Mr. Jolly always has a smile on his face and truly is "Jolly all the time". He is ready to dig in, roll up his sleeves and get the job done. He is a dedicated volunteer, looking for opportunities to serve communities when out in the field, and to help NACHC out internally with "side projects" such as helping to plan last year's all-staff meeting. He's enthusiastic, creative, and simply a great guy.
