This classification provides professional level and comprehensive case management for adults, dislocated workers, incumbent workers, and youth who are looking for employment and/or training or who are serving in internships.The ETS II provides professional and comprehensive services to participants/customers and tracks participant funding and maintains participant files in accordance with WorkForce Central policies, procedures and practices. The ETS II provides employment and training consultation, coaching, mentoring, instructing, and problem solving to customers by providing professional expertise, guidance, support and knowledge.The ETS II represents the agency by providing direct contact with partners and potential customers through participation in business associations, school and educational committees, and special interest or task groups and related events.
