As the Program Manager for our National Guard contract I worked as part of a team responsible for the successful delivery of 67 specialty communication vehicles used in support of natural disaster and security threats around the country and internationally. Specific responsibilities of the position included: Oversight of the day to day production operations across 4 departments, development of production schedules to meet contract delivery requirements over the 24 month contract period. Additionally I was responsible for oversight of materials requirements of the project including raw materials and vendor purchased parts to meet production takt times in accordance with Lean best practices. Integration of quality control inspections and testing into the build cycle to build in quality into the final product. Ensured all testing was complete and documented for each unit delivered. Developed leaders and fostered team building among 40 production personnel spanning our fabrication, assembly, electrical and paint staff

Involved with all facets of the audio, video and networking business operations including retail sales, system design, proposal development and custom installation, and testing of both residential (single and multiple dwelling units) and commercial projects. Configure and test learning remote controls for system operation. Test all installed cables for proper functionality and ensure there are no opens, shorts or other faults. Calibrate Video displays to ensure proper picture quality. Wiring - Bore wire hole, secure low voltage wiring to framing, run conduit, install new and retrofit construction wall boxes. Ensure that all wiring is done in accordance to the National Electric code and industry standards.
