I had the pleasure of managing Rhiana during her time as Content Project Manager at Microsoft from 2021-2022. Rhiana did a phenomenal job as the Lead Project Manager of vendor operations for the global English market consisting of 12 countries. During this time, she successfully scaled our vendor content moderation program to 100% while maintaining SLA above 85%. Rhiana's stakeholder collaboration across multiple functional engineering and data science teams allowed us to improve the efficiency of our operation through the creation of a new escalation process and built-in automations she created using Microsoft Power Automate. I had the opportunity to work under Rhiana's leadership during the 2022 Microsoft Global Hackathon where she led our global team to win 3rd place in our category with an idea to help small businesses grow their revenue using Microsoft Dynamics.
